Well, there goes the neighborhood.
On the last Friday of June, with weather easily pushing 100°, we migrated to the heart of downtown. Ad agencies have a reputation for being minimalist in décor, and we might have fit this description until we found ourselves packing an entire 26’ U-Haul with the contents of our office. Fueled by Jimmy Johns and ample cans of Diet Coke, we gradually moved each piece of furniture either up a flight of marble stairs or through a very weary elevator.
Our new pad:
We worked with the rich history of the location by preserving an exposed brick wall that sides our conference room, complete with its original windows.

We renovated the rest of the space to expand the open concept floor plan, filled with natural light from high ceilings and large windows.
Hardwood floors provide the optimal platform for our ping pong arena, and smoothed stone flooring throughout the rest of the space allows for Garrett to perfect his Razor scooter’s tricks and turns.
We’re ready to make some memories.
