The world of tech support is often jargony, opaque and impersonal. We partnered with Bask (well, “” before we gave ‘em their new name) to change all that. Bask offers personal tech advisors who help customers with any technology problem, on any device, at any time.

We built a brand around the idea that human connection should always come first in this increasingly digital world. Bask illuminates answers for people in a warm, friendly, and simple way.lkjlkj

We created their new brand and messaging strategy from the ground up, which included identity, swag, brand launch videos and marketing collateral.
